Our Goals

CeRBA's activity focuses mainly on employment dynamics in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and in the most promising sectors, using company balance sheets as an analysis tool.

The goal is to understand local economic trends and identify growth opportunities for local businesses.

A central aspect of the research is the identification and calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which allow businesses to measure and monitor their effectiveness and efficiency in detail. These indicators are essential for assessing companies' economic health and guiding strategic decisions.

At the same time, the initiative aims to provide students of the Economics degree courses with a closer look at the entrepreneurial reality of the province of Messina. Students are actively involved in the processing and analysis of data, using the new logic of business analysis and big data to explore and understand business dynamics through modern tools and methodologies.
